GNCJ Series High Temperature Creep and Rupture Testing Machine
The Tester is used to measure the lasting performance of a variety of metals and alloys in high temperature environment. The machine conducts tests and provides data in accordance with standards such as GB/T2039-1997, GB/T6395-86, HB 5150-1996 and HB 5151-1996.
This machine adopts high-precision lever weights for the supply of constant testing force. With the PLC control system, automatic operation of the machine is realized.
[Performance Characteristics]
1. High level: the Tester meets the standards of a 0.5-level machine.
2. High degree of automation: the automatic operation of the Tester without human intervention can be realized when a test program is preset.
3. Capability of cyclic loading and cyclic temperature-change.
4. With the assistance of the computer and PLC electrical system, the automatic loading of the machine is achieved. The loading tray is driven by the motor and the loading process is smooth without impact. Heating, insulation and cooling are automatically realized and segmental heating based on a programmed scheme can be achieved.
5. The down fixture is dragged by the ball screw and the FM motor. The down fixture which has high gear and low gear is easy to operate and the trouble of manual adjustment of the old models is avoided.
6. Automatic leveling motor adopts PLC control and integrating start, making lever leveling more stable and effectively avoiding the impact force to the specimen when the leveling motor is started.
7. Group control system made up of Testers via 485 bus: a single computer to control multiple Testers.
8. Parameter setting, temperature display and online operation are realized on the touch-screen human-machine interface.
9. The manual loading and unloading function can effectively protect the machine and the specimen when there is an unexpected power failure.
